Frequently asked questions
Refer and earn is a great way to reward yourself for introducing friends to WorkNest. Simply register to generate your unique referral link and share it with your connections. If your referral signs a contract with WorkNest using your link, you’ll receive 10% of the total contract value.
The guaranteed total contract value is the annual value of the contract with the Referred Client at the time of signing, multiplied by the contract length up to the point when the Referred Client can exit the agreement.
Referral payments will be made to the bank account specified by the Referrer and will be processed within 10 working days of the contract start date with the Referred Client.
No – there’s no limit! You can refer as many businesses or contacts as you like, and you’ll receive a reward for each successful referral.
Terms and Conditions
Referrer: The Referrer is the person or business that provides WorkNest with details of an organisation that might be interested in the Services of WorkNest.
Referred Company: The organisation referred by the Referrer.
Referred Client: The organisation referred by the Referrer that becomes a client of WorkNest.
Referral Payment: The scheme will pay the Referrer 10% of the guaranteed total contract value with the Referred Client.
Guaranteed Total Contract Value: The annual value of the contract with the Referred Client at the time it is signed, multiplied by the length of the contract up to the point at which the Referred Client can exit the agreement.
Extensions and Renewals: No further payment will be made if the Referred Client elects to extend or renew their agreement with WorkNest.
Changes to the Scheme: WorkNest may change the terms of this scheme or end it at any time and is not obliged to communicate any such changes to past or potential referrers.
Eligible Services: For the purposes of this scheme, the Services of WorkNest constitute an agreement with the Referred Client for the supply of Employment Law, HR, or Health and Safety services—or any combination of these—over a minimum three-year contract term. No other services detailed in the contract with the Referred Client are eligible for referral payment calculation.
Eligibility: The referral scheme is open to any existing, previous, or non-WorkNest client.
Prior Contact: Referrals are only eligible if the Referred Company has not been in active conversation with WorkNest in the 12 months prior to the referral via any other channel or is already a WorkNest client.
Acknowledgement: Once a referral has been made, the Referrer agrees to be named in any further communication between WorkNest and the Referred Company.
Multiple Referrers: If a Referred Company is referred by multiple Referrers, WorkNest will objectively assess which referral led to the Referred Company becoming a Referred Client. Referral payment will be made according to that assessment.
Disputes: In the event of any disputes regarding a Referred Company or referral payments due, the decision of WorkNest is final.
Time Limit: Referral leads that do not close within 12 months of submission will not be eligible for a referral fee.
Independence: The Referrer must be independent of the Referred Company; referrals will be deemed ineligible if this condition is not met.
Exclusions: This scheme is not available to employees of WorkNest Ltd or other entities within the Charis Four Group.
Compliance and Tax: If a referral payment is made, the Referrer must comply with their employer’s Gifts and Hospitality policies and is responsible for declaring any benefit received and paying any tax due to HMRC.
Submission Method: Referrals must be made via the referral form on the WorkNest webpage: https://worknest.com/referrals. Referrals not submitted via this form will be deemed invalid.
Payment: Referral payments will be made to the bank account specified by the Referrer within ten working days of the contract start date with the Referred Client.
Right to Refuse: WorkNest reserves the right to refuse referral submissions.
