Our Managing Mental Health at Work training course aims to develop managers’ knowledge and confidence, putting them in a stronger position to open up supportive conversations with staff so that they can better understand their needs and help them to fulfil their potential.

Our management training is delivered by highly experienced and qualified HR practitioners with genuine ‘hands-on’ practical experience of supporting employers all over the UK with their HR requirements.
What are the benefits?
- Delegates will feel more confident and capable in dealing with matters related to mental ill health and will be better equipped to manage employees who are experiencing mental health issues. This includes how to prevent, detect and address cases.
- Crucially, from a risk management perspective, delegates will understand the risks related to disability discrimination, learn how to identify ‘red flags’, and appreciate the importance of seeking help.

- The legal risks associated with managing mental health issues at work, including disability discrimination
Course duration and timings
This 3.5-hour interactive course can be arranged for up to 12 delegates. We can deliver this session on site or virtually.
