HR Training

Managing Mental Health and Wellbeing at Work

Poor mental health affects 1 in 4 people each year. Despite this, only 24% of managers have received training on how to deal with mental health issues.

Understandably, mental ill health is an area where managers can sometimes lack knowledge and confidence. This can lead to managers shying away from discussing mental ill-health will their staff and the result is that employees do not always get the workplace support that they need.

This session will increase managers’ knowledge and confidence putting them in a stronger position to open up supportive conversations with staff in order to understand their needs and allow them to fulfil their potential.
