This course is ideal for new managers, as well as those who have never had formal management training or who require a refresher. 

It’s also suitable for those responsible for the HR function who are new to the role or who have had limited formal training.

Our management training is delivered by highly-experienced and qualified HR practitioners with genuine ‘hands-on’ practical experience of supporting employers all over the UK with their HR requirements.

  • Effective tools and processes for managing key employment processes from recruitment to dismissal
  • Effective use of key employment procedures, including performance management, absence management, disciplinaries and grievances
  • Managing difficult situations and conversations more efficiently, saving time and preventing issues recurring

Course duration and timings

This course can be delivered for up to 12 delegates as a one-day session or, for a more comprehensive programme, as a two-day ‘bootcamp’. 

It can also be delivered in a modular format over several weeks. This modular format can be delivered virtually over three-hour sessions.
