Managing Grievances & Disciplinaries

Disciplinary and grievance procedures shouldn’t be seen as a mechanism for imposing sanctions – they should be an aid to effective management, enabling you to resolve issues quickly and cost-effectively. Having managers who are able to effectively and confidently handle these issues is therefore crucial for all organisations.

Our Managing Grievances & Disciplinaries training course has been designed to give managers and supervisors the skills and confidence needed to deal with these matters and conduct robust, effective investigations.
