Performance Management Training for Managers
An engaged and skilled workforce means enhanced productivity and efficiency, reduced employee turnover, and decreased dispute risk.
Utilising case studies and practical exercises, our Managing Performance training course brings to life the benefits of proactive and consistent performance management, from setting clear expectations to addressing poor performance cases.

Who should attend?
This interactive workshop is suitable for all managers, particularly those who carry out one-to-one supervision meetings and staff reviews, whether they are new to people management or experienced managers who require a refresher. It will also be useful to those who have HR responsibilities.
Who will deliver the training?
Our management training is delivered by highly experienced and qualified HR practitioners with genuine ‘hands-on’ practical experience of supporting employers all over the UK with their HR requirements.
What are the benefits?
Managers will increase their knowledge of best practice and develop their skills in all aspects of the performance management process, from identifying performance gaps to setting improvement plans.
They will also increase their confidence when it comes to giving constructive feedback, reducing the need to have difficult conversations or utilise the formal performance management process.
By enrolling managers in this course, organisations will increase their ability to maximise workforce talent, ensuring that individual performance is aligned with organisational needs and that issues are identified and addressed consistently. Organisations will also be better equipped to deal with any disputes and increase their prospects of success in the event of an Employment Tribunal claim.
