Managing Employee Grievances Online Training
Disciplinary and grievance procedures shouldn’t be seen as a mechanism for imposing sanctions – they should be an aid to effective management, enabling you to resolve issues quickly and cost-effectively. Having managers who are able to effectively and confidently handle these issues is therefore crucial for all organisations.
Our Managing Grievances & Disciplinaries training course has been designed to give managers and supervisors the skills and confidence needed to deal with these matters and conduct robust, effective investigations.

Who should attend?
This practical and interactive course is suitable for all staff with people management responsibilities. Both new managers and experienced managers who would appreciate a refresher will find the course useful.
Who will deliver the training?
Our management training is delivered by highly experienced and qualified HR practitioners with genuine ‘hands-on’ practical experience of supporting employers all over the UK with their HR requirements
What are the benefits?
Delegates will develop their knowledge of the procedures and legal principles associated with managing disciplinary and grievance issues. They will increase their confidence in leading investigations or hearings and understand the common pitfalls and problems associated with managing these matters so that they can proactively avoid them.
By enrolling managers in this course, organisations will benefit from more robust and consistent management of disciplinary and grievance issues. This proactive approach will help to mitigate the risk or impact of complaints and strengthen the organisation’s prospects of success in the event of an Employment Tribunal claim.
