- Creating your tailored strategic people plan using the employee lifecycle framework, including organisational structure, workplace culture, recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and ending employment.
Stage 3: Implementation
- Evaluating the people plan
- Assessing ROI and value added
- Securing buy-in from stakeholders and how to achieve it
