Overview

On 21 November 2023, the CQC started rolling out the new single-assessment framework. Many health and social care providers still have questions and concerns regarding the new structure, especially about employee wellbeing and management statements.

If you are still unsure about how your organisation can evidence these new statements and what new expectations you will need to satisfy the regulator, then be sure to tune into the free informative one-hour webinar.

What's on the agenda?

During this interactive session, our experts will offer some much-needed clarity on the following areas:

  • The background – looking at the key lines of enquiry prompts and understanding what’s changed.
  • The new statements – exploring the requirements for Safe and Effective Staffing, Workforce Wellbeing and Enablement, Freedom to Speak Up, and Workforce Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
  • Employment law – discussing what you need to know to maintain compliance with regards to the new statements.

Have a question?

If you have a specific query in mind, please submit it in advance via the registration form – our hosts will aim to address as many as possible at the end of the session.
