Risk Assessment

Risk assessment is the foundation of an effective safety management system, yet many risk assessors have not been taught the basic principles of how to conduct a risk assessment and what the law expects. This can result in an inaccurate estimation of risk, which may lead to certain control measures being recommended that are not necessary or, worse, control measures that are not identified or implemented.
