- Existing Terms & Conditions will be replaced by WorkNest’s Terms & Conditions as part of this alignment.
- Your usual contacts and service delivery arrangements will continue
- The change takes effect from 1 April 2026
In legal terms, this transfer is known as a novation, meaning WorkNest Limited will step into Care 4 Quality from WorkNest’s place under your existing agreement as if it had been the original contracting party.
