We will be offering an update on the National Minimum Wage (NMW) case between Lloyd v Elmhurst School Limited – looking at practical steps that can be taken to ensure the correct calculation of holiday entitlement and contracts, as well as a review the of the increase in rates and the impact on various employment law claims.

In the final part of this webinar, we will explore how safety culture affects a school and explain the importance of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in adopting a positive safety culture. We will also provide actionable guidance on how to gain the commitment of staff to ultimately safeguard your school against potential reputational and financial risk.
