Enhance governance, care standards, and organisational performance
Have a specific compliance challenge that you’re struggling to solve? Our team can work alongside you to assess the best course of action and provide you with a range of solutions to quickly get you back on track.
Our extensive range of services covers everything from Factual Accuracy Support, care plan writing, medication management, system implementation, safeguarding investigations, and various other activities aimed at enhancing governance systems and overall service performance.
Responding to an enforcement notice
If you receive an enforcement notice through the CQC, you may be given a timeframe to ensure improvements are made or in more serious cases your registration may be suspended.
In these challenging situations, it’s essential to have experts on hand to guide you through the correct course of action and get you on course as quickly as possible.
Our team can work with you to remedy non-compliance through conducting audits, gathering evidence for representation in an independent report for a solicitor, or reviewing policies and documentation as well as hands-on support on site.
Due diligence visits to prepare for an acquisition
We conduct due diligence visits before acquisitions, often resembling mock inspections. One of our consultants performs an on-site audit to assess compliance with regulations and identify any potential risks. This process aids buyers in understanding if the service is compliant.
Typically, these visits are kept entirely confidential. Our consultant conducts the mock inspection following a narrative crafted by the vendor.
Training and mentoring
Upskill your team through either a six-week Manager Mentorship Programme or specific training sessions on compliance-critical areas such as:
- Achieving and Sustaining Outstanding
- Being an Effective and Responsive Provider
- Preparing for, Managing and Responding to CQC Inspections Training
- Good Governance

Client stories
“
We have procured the services of Care 4 Quality (part of WorkNest group) for many years and continue to do so. They have always been efficient, friendly , and professional. We value the relationship and would highly recommend.”
Avante Care & Support
“
We have been using Care 4 Quality (part of WorkNest group) for six years ever since we took over our first care home. Their mock inspections and feedback is invaluable for our Managers to see what they need to focus on but, as a Provider, the Care 4 Quality visits are invaluable for our governance to ensure that our homes are always compliant and give us that oversight.”
“
We used Care 4 Quality services (part of WorkNest group) after receiving a poor inspection rating. I can honestly say their knowledge and service is next to none. We have recently been re-inspected and the improvements we have made have been incredible. I cannot recommend Care 4 Quality services enough.”
“
We moved our legal support to WorkNest having previously used a time and line law firm. It was important, though, that an all-inclusive fee structure did not come at the expense of quality. Thankfully we’ve been delighted with the service we’ve received from WorkNest.”
