Managing Restructures & Redundancies

A restructuring or redundancy process is one of the more challenging tasks managers may be involved in. Managing the sensitive people issues that stem from such a process, as well as the legal complexities – not to mention their own emotions – can make these exercises daunting.

Our Managing Restructures & Redundancies training course will equip managers with the skills and confidence that they need to face the task head on.
