Tracey Burke - Senior HR Consultant

Tracey is CIPD qualified and has worked in HR consultancy since 2013, having previously been with Solve HR which was acquired by Law at Work in 2020 before subsequently integrating into WorkNest.  Prior to this, Tracey worked in the HR division of Royal Mail where she specialised in recruitment and onboarding.

Now an experienced Senior HR Consultant, Tracey provides generalist HR advice and support across a diverse portfolio of clients including undertaking complex investigations and supporting clients with their HR strategy.  In 2022 Tracey was promoted to the role of Team Lead for the HR consultancy team based in Central Scotland, managing a team of highly experienced consultants.

Tracey is able to translate her varied experience to the challenges faced by small and medium sized businesses and thrives in supporting businesses with all their HR needs through a pragmatic approach.
