Stephanie Robinson, Director of HR Consulting
Stephanie joined Law At Work (now WorkNest) in February 2020 after she sold Solve HR, which she founded in 2011, to Law At Work and the Marlowe Group. She is a skilled HR professional with a Masters in HR, specialising in Employment Law.
Stephanie is highly pragmatic with a deep commercial understanding of business needs and is especially proficient at balancing employment legislation and HR best practice to achieve the best client solutions. In fact, in her nine years of advising over 500 clients, she is yet to lose an Employment Tribunal claim.
Stephanie’s focus is delivering full service HR solutions to clients – from recruitment and on-boarding to day-to-day comms, employee management, and policy and contract creation – and she’s committed to solving client’s HR problems.
