Mary McGeady, Senior HR Consultant
Glasgow
With more than 25 years’ experience in employment law and HR consultancy, and with a passion for employee relations, Mary has a wealth of expertise across many industry sectors, including insurance and banking.
She graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a PgDip in HR Management and is a Chartered Member of CIPD.
Mary takes a strategic approach to providing client solutions. Her recent projects include recruitment, employment documentation, job evaluation, managing performance, restructuring, redundancy, disciplinary, grievance, conflict resolution, absence management, pay benchmarking, management training and coaching.
