Mary McGeady, Senior HR Consultant

Mary is a Senior HR Consultant with over 35 years of experience supporting clients across all industries with the day-to-day challenges of managing their people. She has specialist knowledge of employment law and is passionate about helping clients navigate employee relations, people management, workforce planning, restructuring, redundancy, TUPE, job evaluation, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and grievances.
With a wealth of experience in managing complex employee relations issues, Mary provides expert support throughout the employee lifecycle.
In addition to her HR expertise, Mary is a certified Personal Development Coach and Business Mentor. She takes great pleasure in using these skills to support and develop the management teams she works with.
Mary holds a PgDip in HR Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
