Donna Gibb, Head of Client Services
Aberdeen
Donna was a Director of Empire HR prior to its acquisition by Law At Work (now WorkNest) in 2018. Having been with the company since 2005, she has helped develop and lead the growth of all service lines and has over 20 years’ experience of advising and guiding clients on all HR and employment law matters.
Donna is accustomed to leading the design, development and implementation of appropriate people strategies, policies and procedures within the framework of the relevant business context. As an accomplished consultant, she has applied her two decades of experience and knowledge to the design and delivery of our advisory and consultancy services.
