Angela Black, HR Business Partner
Edinburgh
Angela regularly assists in the management of large-scale HR projects, mainly working to a project timeline on the creation of a new HR Service, HR system implementation or TUPE transfer.
Having started her career with the Scottish Prison Service in various HR Administrative and Project roles, she has since worked in both the public and private sector.
Most recently, Angela worked with Iron Mountain, a global data management company, as a HR Team Leader within their HR Shared Service Centre.
Angela has considerable experience of advising on employee relations issues, including, redundancy scenarios, investigations, disciplinaries and grievances and short service dismissals. She works quickly and ensures key deliverables are met.
