Ellen Lloyd, HR Business Partner

Ellen is part of the HR Team in Edinburgh, having joined us in June 2019. She has an extensive background in in-house HR management, including a decade as HRBP with a global bank. 

Ellen is a trusted HR Adviser to WorkNest clients and their management teams, providing advice and guidance on all elements of HR policy and employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management and absence management.
