Esp Law and HR Solutions UK Selected as Finalists in Personnel Today Awards 2022

We are thrilled to announce that two WorkNest companies – Esp Law and HR Solutions, have been selected as finalists in the Personnel Today Awards 2022. Esp Law has been nominated as a finalist for the Employment Law Firm of the Year category, and HR Solutions UK has been nominated as a finalist for the HR Consultancy of the Year category. 

Esp Law is a new-model employment law firm and employee relations (ER) technology business. Its award-winning team created one of the UK’s first Alternative Business Structure (ABS) employment law firms to be approved by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).   

Esp Law has been closely working with its client, Entain, one of the world’s largest sports betting and gaming groups. They provided in-house ER training and collaborated closely with Entain to further develop its ER case management software. The new solution now features new Employment Tribunal reporting claims functionality, which will be rolled out across the wider WorkNest group.  

HR Solutions is an award-winning HR, Health and Safety, and Payroll consultancy. The company, which joined the WorkNest family in June 2022, provides outsourced HR support to around 450 clients across a wide range of industry sectors including financial services, charities, medical, hospitality, industrial, retail, education, media and technology. For clients using its ‘Enhanced package’, they are matched with a dedicated, experienced HR consultant of their own.  

Recognising that busy professionals don’t always have the time or resources to handle HR issues when they arise, HR Solutions developed the Business HR Solutions Knowledge Base – an online HR portal containing: employment contracts, HR policies and letters, ‘How to’ guides and process checklists. This allows their clients to access extensive HR resources anytime, day or night, helping them feel supported and empowered. The Personnel Today Awards 2022, which are now in their 24th year, celebrate the best achievements in HR and learning and development across organisations in the UK. The winners will be announced on 15th November 2022 at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.
