Meet the Trainer

Terry Hayward is a qualified, chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) with 20 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, having worked in HR Consultancy for most of that time, and having gained experience of managing teams across different sectors.
