The coronavirus pandemic combined with an ongoing recruitment crisis has resulted in staff shortages continuing to cripple logistics operations. Unfortunately, small to medium-sized  businesses have been hit the worst, often due to a lack of sufficient back-up plans in addition to the threat of larger organisations more ruthlessly poaching staff to plug their own workforce shortages.

If not managed correctly, this combination of factors can create real health and safety issues for employers. On one hand, overworking your team can have a serious impact on workers’ health, and will likely cause more employees to leave, thereby further exacerbating workforce shortages.

Follow these steps to activate your trial

  1. Log in to your existing Youmanage/PeopleNest account
  2. Navigate to admin mode
  3. In the menu, navigate to Integrations > Marketplace
