Do – Implement your plan ensuring that you protect your people.
12.30 pm – 1.15 pm
Check – Carry out proactive and reactive interactions to make sure things are working well.
1.30 pm – 2.30 pm
Act – Address any challenges and rectify and weaknesses.
In each of the sessions, your host will set exercises to complete, providing a more interactive experience and encouraging long-lasting knowledge retention.
