Terms and conditions: Black Friday – 30% off advisory and software services
These terms and conditions govern this Offer, and you will be deemed to have accepted them if you take up the Offer. Please keep a copy safe for your records.
The Promoter:
The Promoter is WorkNest Limited having its registered office at 20 Grosvenor Place, London, England, SW1X 7HN.
The Offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
The Offer:
The Black Friday – 30% off advisory and software services Offer is eligible on 3 or 5-year contracts for new customers only. The 30% discount applies only to the list price of eligible services and will be automatically applied at the time of invoicing.
The promotion is valid from 12.00 am on 26 November 2024 to 11.59 am on 3 December 2024 inclusive. A signed contract must be returned by no later than 5.00 pm on 3 December and services must start by 31 December.
Qualification for the Promotion:
1. This Offer is available to new customers who purchase one or more of the following products from WorkNest and have a valid qualifying email Offer between 26/11/2024 and 03/12/2024:
- Employment Law and HR – Lite
- Employment Law and HR – Professional
- Health & Safety – Lite
- Health & Safety – Professional
- LearningNest – Essentials
- LearningNest – Premier
- LearningNest – Enterprise
- PeopleNest – Essentials
- PeopleNest – Premier
- PeopleNest – Enterprise
2. A qualifying email Offer is an email sent by WorkNest to a new customer, detailing the Black Friday promotion and confirming eligibility.
3. The customer isn’t eligible for the promotion if they can only quote these terms and conditions without a qualifying email.
4. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Offer and may only be used once per customer. For example: no early opt-outs will be available on any Support contracts where this Offer has been used.
5. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
6. Partner members who receive discounted services through their membership organisation are excluded from this Offer.
7. Existing customers are not eligible for this discount.
8. Additional services such as Legal Expenses Insurance will be charged at their standard rate.
9. This Offer is not available through any of our partners or other third parties.
Amends to the Promotion:
WorkNest reserves the right to withdraw this Offer if, in our judgement, the Offer is being abused. WorkNest also reserves the right to change or amend the discount and the structure of the Offer at any time. Any decision made by WorkNest with regards to this Offer is final.
