The guaranteed total contract value is the annual value of the contract with the Referred Client at the time it is signed, multiplied by the years length of the contract up to the point that the Referred Client can exit the agreement.

Referral payments will be made the bank account specified by The Referrer. Payment will be made within 5 working days of the contract start date with the Referral Client.

Terms and Conditions

The Referrer is the person or business that provides Worknest with details of an organisation that might be interested in The Services of Worknest.

The Referred Company is the organisation which is referred by The Referrer.

The Referred Client is the organisation which is referred by The Referrer who becomes a client of Worknest.

The scheme will pay The Referrer 5% of the guaranteed total contract value with the Referred Client.

The guaranteed total contract value is the annual value of the contract with the Referred Client at the time it is signed, multiplied by the years length of the contract up to the point that the Referred Client can exit the agreement.

No further payment will be made to the referrer if the Referred Client elects to extend or renew their agreement with Worknest.

Worknest may choose to change the terms of this Scheme or end this Scheme at any time and are not obliged to communicate any such changes to past or potential referrers.

For the purposes of this scheme, The Services of Worknest constitute an agreement with The Referred Client for the supply of Employment Law, HR, or Health and Safety services, or any combination of those services, over a minimum three-year contract term. No other services detailed in the contract with the Referred Client will be eligible for calculation of the referral payment.

The referral scheme is open to any existing, previous or non-Worknest client.

Referrals will only be eligible if The Referred Company has not been in active conversation with Worknest in the 12 months prior to the referral via any other channel or is already a Worknest client.

Once a referral has been made, The Referrer agrees to be named in any further communication between Worknest and the Referred Company.

If a Referred company is sent by multiple Referrers, Worknest will make an objective assessment of which referral led to the Referred Company becoming a Referred Client, and the referral payment shall be made according to that assessment.

In the event of any disputes regarding any Referred Company, and any referral payments due, the decision of Worknest is final.

Referral leads which do not close within 12 months of the submission date will not be eligible for a referral fee.

The Referrer should be independent of the Referred Company, and the referral will be deemed ineligible if this condition is not met.

In the event of a referral payment being made, the Referrer should comply with the Gifts and Hospitality policies of their employer and is responsible for declaring any benefit received and paying any tax due to HMRC.

Referrals must be made via the referral form located on the Worknest webpage located at https://worknest.com/referrals . Any referrals not made via this form will be deemed invalid.

Referral payments will be made to the bank account specified by The Referrer. Payment will be made within five working days of the contract start date with the Referral Client.

Worknest reserves the right to refuse referral submissions.
