Competition Terms and Conditions: Mock Tribunal Birmingham

• Promoter: The competition is organised by WorkNest, with its registered office at Head Office, Woodhouse, Church Lane, Aldford, Chester CH3 6JD
• Eligibility: The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of, WorkNest (all group members), and their immediate families, affiliates, agents, or anyone connected professionally with the competition.
• How to Enter: Entrants can enter the competition by posting a photograph to LinkedIn within 48 hours of the event, tagging @WorkNest and @3PB Barristers. Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Competition Dates: The competition opens on 12th February and closes at midnight on 14th February 2025.
• Prize: One winner will receive a Hamper or alternative prize. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• Winner Selection: The winner will be selected from all valid entries received by the closing date.
• Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, WorkNest will reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
• Prize Claim: The winner must claim their prize within one month of being notified. After this period, the prize will be forfeited, and no alternative will be provided.
• Publicity: By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity related to the competition, including the use of their name and image in marketing materials.
• Data Protection: Personal data provided by entrants will be used solely to administer the competition and contact the winner unless they have opted in to receive further marketing communications. By participating in the competition, entrants agree that WorkNest may use their contact information to send promotional material and marketing communications related to their services.

• General: WorkNest reserves the right to amend, cancel, or suspend the competition in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
