Although primarily for the benefit of existing EW clients, the service is also available to employers who do not subscribe to our Fixed Fee Employment Law service.
The HR Consultancy service provides a comprehensive solution to employers’ HR challenges, opportunities and management training needs. On-site support can be provided for disciplinaries, appeals and grievances as well as restructures and developing your HR strategy. The service supplements the Employment Law & HR Fixed Fee telephone and email service for EW clients.
The service is delivered by a growing network of experienced and qualified HR Consultants across the UK, coordinated by EW’s HR Consultancy Manager, Wendy Goodenough.
Wendy was awarded Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 1992 and became a Chartered Fellow of the Institute in December 2000. She has considerable hands-on and high level experience across a range of sectors with employers of all sizes.
