Sue Marriner, HR Adviser
Hi, I’m Sue. I’m a Human Resources Adviser with WorkNest (formerly HR Services Partnership) and I’ve worked with the team since November 2019.
My day-to-day work involves supporting a diverse set of clients on a wide range of HR matters and this is what I enjoy the most – the variety of my role. From assisting with recruitment campaigns to advising on employee relations, no two days are the same.
Prior to my role at WorkNest, I enjoyed a 15-year HR career within the NHS, specialising in recruitment and sickness absence management.
I’m originally from Southport and currently live in Horsham, though I’ve also spent time living and working in Manchester, Devon and Turkey over the years.
When I’m not spending time with friends and family, I like to keep fit with long walks, running, yoga and Pilates.
