Sallyanne Williamson, Senior HR Consultant


Sallyanne has over 20 years’ experience working as an HR generalist and has gained her diverse range of experience across various industry sectors. Having graduated from London South Bank University with a BA honours degree, she went on to achieve her postgraduate HRM qualification from Robert Gordons University. She has also been a chartered member of the CIPD for over 20 years. 

Sallyanne has been with the WorkNest family for over seven years, providing solutions-focused HR advice as well as supporting several clients with their HR management on-site. 

Sallyanne has delivered consultancy support on a whole range of issues, including harmonising terms and conditions, TUPE consultation, performance management, redundancy, reorganisation, employee relations matters, disciplinary and grievance, and HR audits.

She particularly enjoys the close relationships she has built with her clients, which enables her to tailor her advice to their specific business requirements.
