Robyn O'Donoghue, HR Consultant
Robyn is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, with over eight years’ generalist HR experience. Graduating from the University of Aberdeen with a Master’s Degree in Management Studies, and further completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, her technical experience is coupled with a strong academic understanding in HR and employment law.
With a background in the hospitality sector before joining WorkNest (formerly Law At Work), Robyn has enjoyed diverse exposure to a wide range of HR practices, including (but not limited to) disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, TUPE and performance management.
Robyn prides herself on being able to balance the necessity of HR with the requirements of a business, to ensure that the advice given is always commercially aware and tailored to each individual client.
