Rachel Pegler, HR Adviser
Hi, I’m Rachel. Prior to my current role as an HR Adviser at WorkNest (formerly HR Services Partnership), I worked in the travel industry for 10 years, where I held various HR roles and gained as much experience as possible before moving on to develop my skills further.
Day to day, I support our HR Consultants with various client projects, as well as look after some of my own clients. I really enjoy the variety of my role – as the rest of the team will attest, each day is different!
My specialisms include employee relations case work (though outside of HR, they include equestrian sport and Italian food!) In my spare time, my passions are horses and travelling – I love seeing new places.
As far as proudest achievements go, like all of us, getting through 2020 is certainly one of them. It was a year that brought lots of obstacles, but also new personal achievements.
