Nora Hillier
HR Co-ordinator
Nora joined WorkNest (as part of the HRP team) in 2018 and currently works as HR Co-ordinator within the HR Consultancy team.
Nora’s journey has equipped her with a diverse skill set and knowledge base that exceeds her job title, a sentiment echoed by her colleagues.
Before joining WorkNest, she held a variety of roles, including calibration engineer for laser systems, positions in electrical and mechanical engineering, and executive support. Each of these experiences has contributed to her well-rounded professional expertise.
She holds a CIPD Level 3 qualification in Human Resources and is currently pursuing a qualification in Cyber Security Fundamentals, a field that has fascinated her for years.
Nora feels incredibly fortunate to be part of the HR Consultancy team – a group that embodies support, kindness, and patience, creating a truly exceptional working environment.
Outside of work, Nora is an avid volleyball player and recently rejoined a local team after an 18-year hiatus. She also enjoys gaming with her husband and young son, as well as indulging in creative pursuits such as painting and woodworking. With a busy and fulfilling life, she embraces every moment.
