Laura Bennett, HR Officer
Hi, I’m Laura. I’ve worked in HR since 2008. My specialisms are recruitment, right to work in the UK and mental health and wellbeing. Is being customer-focused and super organised a specialism?! If so, yes to those as well!
Day to day, you’ll find me working on recruitment and supporting key clients with a variety of HR matters. I enjoy getting stuck into project work such as staff surveys, salary benchmarking and training and development. Building relationships with clients and working in a supportive team is important to me. I enjoy a variety of work – there’s always something new to learn!
Outside of work, I’m a keen DIYer. I was recently told that if you stay still for too long around me, I’ll probably paint you! I love practising yoga and Pilates, and I also enjoy cooking, hosting and eating out at new places (always looking for recommendations!)
My proudest achievement to date is buying my ‘doer-upper’ house and putting my own stamp on it.
