Christian Vincent, HR Consultant
Hi, I’m Christian – I’m an HR Consultant supporting clients including councils, charities and private organisations. I have over 15 years’ experience working with organisations in the private and third sectors, including high street names.
I have wide experience in HR, ranging from supporting boards and CEOs to strategically reviewing the organisation, to supporting managers with complex employee relations cases.
I have worked in recruitment, helping to find great candidates at both senior and other levels, and also have extensive experience of training and facilitating workshops, as well as coaching managers. In a previous role, I have delivered apprenticeships to managers across the UK.
I live in West Sussex near a lake.
