Alina Stoian, HR Consultant
London
Alina joined our growing team of HR professionals in 2019. She has been working in the HR field for over five years and supports clients across many sectors.
Originally from Romania, Alina studied for her BA in Banking & Finance and Foreign Languages, including French and Spanish, before moving to the UK. Much of her early career was in the healthcare industry, where she gained a wide range of skills and knowledge – particularly in recruitment, onboarding and pre-employment checks.
Alina has also worked as an HR Assistant for one of the biggest food manufacturing companies in the UK, supporting more than 1,000 employees. Her role included managing the entire absence process, the complete employee lifecycle, as well as leading several projects designed to increase employee retention and wellbeing at work.
