WorkNest (formerly Law At Work) moved into 19 Thistle Street in January 2015 to grow our reach across Scotland and better serve our clients in the east.
Though we have always had a presence in Edinburgh, the ability to host seminars in our own city centre drew us to put roots down on Thistle Street.
Formerly St Andrews Church Hall, a plaque on the front of the building reads: “This building gifted to the Minister and Elders of the Parish of St Andrew by Mr Alexander Maclean Perfumer in Edinburgh in the year 1835 was rebuilt by the Kirk Session and Congregation for the use of the Church and Parish of St Andrew in the year 1900.”

WorkNest’s Edinburgh office is home to a number of our Employment Solicitors and Safety Managers. It’s also the hub for our Scottish Client Management division. The middle floor of the office hosts our reputation partners, who deliver seamless public relations support to our clients.
Located in the heart of the New Town, our Edinburgh office is situated right off St Andrew Square. The office expands across five floors and includes a basement meeting room, a theatre-style seminar room and enough office space for at least 25 staff.

We moved our legal support to WorkNest (formerly Law at Work) having previously used a time and line law firm. It was important, though, that an all-inclusive fee structure did not come at the expense of quality. Thankfully we’ve been delighted with the service we’ve received from WorkNest.”
