Natasha Heasman, Head of Policies and Procedures

Hi, I’m Natasha. As Head of Policies and Procedures, I lead our Policies Team to oversee the production of our clients’ bespoke policies and procedures. I work collaboratively with my team to deliver excellent customer service and provide our clients with hands-on support. 

I’m also an experienced healthcare professional. Prior to joining CQC Compliance, I worked in the healthcare field for nearly a decade, primarily as a Senior Clinical Case Manager in the private sector, where I was the lead individual for Ophthalmology, Gynaecology and ENT teams.
