Judith Byers, Senior HR Consultant
Aberdeen
Judith graduated from Edinburgh University with a BSc in Social Administration and is a Chartered Member of CIPD. She joined WorkNest (formerly Law At Work) six years ago, bringing with her more than 25 years’ experience in employment law and HR consultancy in the retail and oil and gas industry sectors.
Throughout her career, Judith has covered every aspect of the HR function – from recruitment, training, auditing, employee relations and union negotiations, through to strategic policy formulation, compensation and benefits.
Judith takes a pragmatic approach to providing solutions. Her recent experience has focused on contractual documentation mixed with solving issues around employee relations, grievance and disciplinary problems, as well as company restructuring and redundancies. She also enjoys delivering training and devising bespoke training to address client needs.
