PJ Chalmers, Group Operations Director

Aberdeen

Having worked in the regulatory compliance sector for over 20 years, primarily specialising in employment law and HR, PJ has vast experience of supporting clients on operational and strategic people management issues. 

In the past, PJ acted as technical consultant for a major player in the compliance sector before helping found Empire, which was acquired by Law At Work (now WorkNest) in 2018. 

Now Group Operations Director for WorkNest, PJ has responsibility for developing the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) services within the group.
