12 November, 11.00 am - 12.00 pm
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has experienced difficulty implementing its new strategy, structure changes, and introduction of the Single Assessment Framework over the past 12 months. This has caused an insurmountable challenge for providers and those trying to register. Significant changes followed after the recent independent Dash review, which examined its regulatory framework and processes.
In response, the CQC is now reversing many of the changes introduced and is reviewing how it can improve the SAF. With outlined plans for improvement, it will focus on faster inspections, greater transparency, and addressing sector-specific needs. As the CQC moves into the year ahead, providers must adapt to these changes and prepare for a more agile and responsive regulatory environment. This webinar will provide insights to help navigate these shifts effectively.

- A review of Single Assessment Framework reports published on the CQC website and explore which quality statements are being assessed most frequently and which sectors are scrutinised most.
- Explore CQC’s plans for improvement following its response to the independent reviews and what steps it takes to address the identified issues.
