As more businesses are unleashed from lockdown, our Employment Law and Health & Safety Directors are hosting regular interactive Q&A sessions to walk employers through the latest developments and answer any questions you may have.
With the government having now reviewed lockdown measures again on 23 June, our Director of Legal Services, James Tamm, and Director of Health & Safety Services, Nick Wilson, will be hosting a live update session to dissect all major talking points and help you prepare for, or adapt to, the next stage of lockdown.
With various changes announced, including more sectors being given the green light to reopen, this further easing of lockdown measures will naturally impact businesses. Whether you are back up and running or not yet off the starting blocks, we will be unpacking the long list of changes coming into effect from 4 July.
From a health and safety perspective, we will be explaining how you can ensure compliance in Phase 3 and exploring the upcoming relaxation of the two-metre distancing rule. From an employment perspective, we will be offering practical advice on reintroducing more staff to the workplace and, if necessary, utilising the flexible furlough scheme for those who will remain at home.
There will also be an opportunity to submit your questions to our experts so that you can plan ahead and ultimately minimise disruption as you navigate Phase 3.
