myWorkNest is your online portal provided by WorkNest, designed to give you access to your HR, employment law, health & safety, and document management tools depending on your package.
The tiles available to you depend on the services included in your WorkNest package. To learn more about any inactive tiles, select them or contact our platform support team for assistance.
myWorkNest uses Microsoft authentication and Gusite authentication, which means users can use their own credentials to access myWorkNest. We use the latest SSL encryption too, which means all communications between the user and myWorkNest are encrypted using TLS. Our connections to third parties are via Single Sign On (SSO).
During onboarding, our Client Experience Team will work with you to set up agreed users within myWorkNest. There are different permission levels and we can restrict access to certain apps at a user level too. myWorkNest is primarily a management tool, but our HR Software (accessed via myWorkNest) is also aimed at employees. We’ve recently introduced a new feature in myWorkNest which allows the key decision maker / main contact to deactivate user accounts from their organisation, which means you’re in control of users’ access within your organisation.
For Employment Law and HR, yes. Through myWorkNest, you can access a full case history saved against employee and case type, as well as any emails and attachments sent between you and your named advisers. You can also access attendance notes and call recordings of conversations with your team so that you can refer back to their advice whenever you need.
The dashboard includes WorkNest tweets, blog posts, webinars, and other updates to keep you informed.
You can find this information within the Insights tile.
You can return to the main dashboard at any time by clicking the myWorkNest logo in the top right corner.
You can scroll through the page or use the navigation bar at the top right to move between sections, including service information, referrals, and feedback.
Your key contacts are shown in the Welcome tile on the right-hand column of the screen, including their roles, responsibilities and contact details.
ResourceNest is a knowledge hub within WorkNest that provides templates, guidance, and advice across Health & Safety and Employment Law.
The Health & Safety section includes downloadable templates, policies, and guidance documents organised by industry such as care, construction, retail, and veterinary.
Yes. Most Health & Safety documents can be previewed and downloaded in Word format so you can edit them for your organisation.
ResourceNest Law includes Employment Law resources such as articles and guidance on topics like bullying, grievances, and workplace procedures.
Some Employment Law content requires advisor input to ensure the guidance is tailored to your situation and intended outcome.
StorageNest is your document storage area within myWorkNest where you can store, organise, and access documents.
You can store your own documents in the cloud area and also access documents created for you by the WorkNest team, such as contracts and manuals.
You can drag and drop files into StorageNest or browse your computer to upload them directly into folders.
Select the document and click the download button in the top right of the screen to save it locally.
You can add as many users as you like. You can also manage applications for different people so that users can only view the applications that are relevant to them. There is no extra cost to add users; you will only need to pay extra for additional licenses (if you have multiple sites).
In the administration area, click “Add user” and enter their details including name, email, and contact number, then assign their tile access and permissions.
Administrators can view sites, manage users, assign permissions, add new users, and set access levels for each individual.
Yes. You can tick or untick tile access per user and adjust permissions, including making someone an administrator.
Each organisation has at least one administrator who can access the administration settings via the top-right icon.
