We will need to involve many different people in your organisation, from senior management down to front-line staff. Together, we’ll identify key roles in each department to engage as needed. We can also help determine whether GDPR training should be rolled out across your organisation.

Once complete, we’ll hold a wrap-up meeting to review the project and discuss next steps. After this, we will discuss the next steps. You may choose to manage the privacy information management system internally, onboard us as your outsourced DPO provider to help keep it compliant, or opt for annual audits if you run it yourself but want check-ins.

This largely depends on the amount of work required and the resources you have available. However, a typical project usually takes 9-12 days, spread over a 2-3 month period.

Yes, we can combine a DPO and GDPR implementation into one service by increasing the number of DPO service days for the first three months to complete the implementation promptly, then reducing the days per month for the rest of the contract. This is cost-effective because you get the implementation at the DPO day rate and can spread the cost over monthly payments.
