Menopause Awareness at Work Training
Research shows that one in three menopausal employees have considered leaving employment due to a lack of support. Indeed, our survey found that 65% of organisations still don’t provide any menopause-specific support to employees, and 15% don’t discuss menopause openly in the workplace.
With momentum gathering for the workplace impacts of the menopause to be recognised, our Menopause Awareness training course is designed to increase managers’ knowledge and confidence so that they are better equipped to support menopausal staff.

Who should attend?
This course will be useful to anyone involved in managing people, including those with HR responsibilities.
Who will deliver the training?
Our HR, management and employee training is delivered by highly experienced and qualified HR practitioners with genuine ‘hands-on’ practical experience of supporting employers all over the UK with their HR requirements.
What are the benefits?
Delegates will develop their knowledge of the menopause, including how it is likely to affect employees at work. This will help them feel more confident and equipped to have supportive conversations with employees.
Delegates will also understand the legal risks associated with managing employees going through the menopause so that they can proactively avoid them.
By enrolling managers in this course, organisations will be better protected against disputes and claims and benefit from a workplace culture which is supportive of menopausal employees, including improved productivity, engagement and staff retention.
