Co-hosted by Employment Law Adviser and Head of our Manufacturing Team, Angela Carter, and Regional Health & Safety Manager, Oliver Williams, this virtual session will cover workforce obstacles and worst-case scenarios, including:

- Developing flexible staffing arrangements to enable social distancing and accommodate production ramp-ups or slowdowns;
- Responding to confirmed or suspected cases in your workplace, including test and trace and what constitutes ‘close contact’; and
- Preparing your business for local lockdowns and/or to survive a second wave; and
- What to do if an HSE inspector calls.
