Alex Dacre, CEO, Axiom GRC
Alex Dacre, CEO of Axiom GRC, said: “The burden of responsibility on businesses is greater now than it has ever been. A volatile global landscape, a more litigious society, and greater scrutiny of corporate responsibility compound the situation facing employers in the UK and internationally. The opportunity for a market-leading, full-service GRC platform for companies of all sizes and across all sectors was clear and this attracted our strong private equity backing.”
Other companies in Axiom GRC include compliance eLearning specialist VinciWorks, ISO certification specialist IMSM, and cyber security and data protection specialist Bulletproof.
On Axiom GRC’s growth plans, Alex said: “As one of the longest-standing and most heavily regulated economies in the world, the UK has a strong heritage in GRC. Other territories are playing catch up with the GRC solutions and the calibre of advice, experience and tools we have here. We plan to take our sophisticated technology and services international, including continued growth in North America where we have a strong foothold already.”
Inflexion’s investment will enable Axiom GRC to continue scalingto scale its companies, including WorkNest, and achieve its aim of being the internationally recognised GRC platform of choice and the gold standard for business resilience.
