Who should attend?

This interactive workshop is suitable for all managers, particularly those who carry out one-to-one supervision meetings and staff reviews, whether they are new to people management or experienced managers who require a refresher. It will also be useful to those who have HR responsibilities.

Who will deliver the training?

Our management training is delivered by highly experienced and qualified HR practitioners with genuine โ€˜hands-onโ€™ practical experience of supporting employers all over the UK with their HR requirements.

What are the benefits?

  • Managers will increase their knowledge of best practice and develop their skills in all aspects of the performance management process, from identifying performance gaps to setting improvement plans.
  • They will also increase their confidence when it comes to giving constructive feedback, reducing the need to have difficult conversations or utilise the formal performance management process.

Course duration and timings

This one-day course is available for up to 12 delegates and can be delivered in-person or virtually, depending on your needs.

We recommend face-to-face delivery for better interactivity, but the course can also be split into two half-day virtual sessions with content adjusted accordingly.
