Jo Chambers, Head of Outsourced HR Solutions

Hi, I’m Jo. I’ve worked in HR for over 20 years, 18 of which have been within the WorkNest family. This has involved supporting smaller organisations with all elements of HR, acting as their HR Manager. An important part of this is ensuring that staff are treated fairly and consistently, with a focus on improving working relationships and making sure both staff and managers have the support and resources they need to perform well in their roles.
Having gained significant experience in delivering best practice HR – including employee relations, recruitment, transactional HR, pay and benefits advice, strategic HR solutions, and training – I achieved Chartered Fellowship of the CIPD in 2021.
This includes ensuring work is delivered to clients to a high standard, the fair allocation of clients and workload across the team, reporting and analysis of work management, development of our staff, and enhancing the services we offer to clients. My general approach is solutions-focused; I see problems as challenges and actively look for ways to overcome them with effective and commercially-sound results.
