Danielle Fargnoli-Read

Danielle is a Recruitment Specialist within the Outsourcing team at WorkNest HR Consultancy. She graduated with a degree in Psychology and initially worked in children’s residential care and social work before transitioning into recruitment and HR in 2021. Danielle is currently studying for a CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources to enhance the support she can provide to our clients.

Danielle specialises in advising, managing, and supporting the full recruitment process. She is passionate about fair recruitment practices and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. 

She is trained in Thomas International Psychometric Testing and lead WorkNest’s background check services, including DBS, PVG, and Right to Work checks, to ensure all necessary pre-employment screening is completed before a candidate’s first day. Danielle enjoys building strong relationships with clients, helping them fill roles efficiently and secure the best talent.
