Our Employment Law and Health & Safety Experts are hosting regular interactive Q&A sessions to walk employers through the latest developments and answer any questions you may have.
With the Prime Minister due to announce the government’s ‘Roadmap out of Lockdown’ this Sunday, our Head of Team & Solicitor David Eastwood and Regional Health & Safety Consultant Steven McCallum will be dissecting all of the major talking points and exploring how businesses in the Professional Services sector can prepare to return to the “new norm” safely, quickly and compliantly.
Depending on what is announced, David and Steven will address the potential employment and safety ramifications, which may include re-thinking your organisational structure, dealing with ongoing staff absence, handling future flexible working arrangements, managing employee communications, and ensuring health and safety due diligence. All of these aspects will undoubtedly come under the microscope as businesses begin a phased return to work, so it’s important that you’re ready to respond as soon as the green light is given.
To support employers through the constantly evolving staffing and safety challenges COVID-19 presents to businesses, we are continuing to host regular interactive Q&A sessions to walk employers through the latest developments and answer any questions you may have.
These 30-minute events aim to keep you abreast of the latest government guidance which businesses must comply with, as well as alert you to some common pitfalls we see companies falling foul of at this time.
