About the Hosts

David has spent his entire professional career of over 20 years specialising in employment law. He has held a number of senior in-house positions as both a lawyer and Head of Employee Relations for national retailers.

His current client base is diverse, ranging from retailers and logistics companies to professional services and facility management firms, as well as those in the care and charity sectors.

Steven has been consulting for 10 years; he started his career as a Mechanical Engineer before moving into retail, hospitality and banking and subsequently training to become a Health & Safety Consultant.

He has cross-sector knowledge, providing best-in-class advice and recommendations to SMEs and some larger organisations.

Steven specialises in carrying out Fire Risk Assessments, training and health and safety auditing of organisations.
